    We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA across the site, the assessment, and the account area.

    We use semantic markup and labelled controls, maintain visible keyboard focus, keep text contrast within the AA thresholds, respect the operating-system reduced-motion setting, and provide text alternatives for meaningful images.

  3. 03Known limitations

    The guided photo capture step depends on a camera and on visual framing. If that step is not usable for you, contact support and we will take you through it another way.

  4. 04Feedback

    If you hit an accessibility barrier, email support@roote.us with the page and what happened. We treat accessibility reports as defects and prioritize them accordingly.
